I remember back when I was attending primary school, Healthy Harold from Life Education Australia visited us. He had a high-tech caravan filled with all sorts of gadgets to teach children about healthy eating. I remember how he showed me to brush my teeth, eat healthy and wholesome foods, and stay fit (how much of that I implemented is perhaps the subject for another time).
